FlyOnTrip can terminate or change any of the term or condition without giving any preceding notice. The validity of any updated terms and condition initiates from the date it is been uploaded on the website. You need to check for the same in ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS’

The price /rates on FlyOnTrip does not include any kind of personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.

Usage of this website leads you to the agreement of:

  1. You will use this website as the Terms of Use are stated.

  2. If you are using this website to book tickets for others  you will inform the third person about terms and conditions.

  3. The information you will be providing from DOB to net banking pin should be true.

  4. If any mistake or error in the provided information, you will be responsible. Hence,  you will give the correct and true information

  5. You shall not share your FlyOnTrip ID and password. Any misuse or misconduct regarding the same you will be responsible.

  6. FlyOnTrip has the right to defy or deactivate your account anytime if goof up found, with or without any prior notice.

Policies for a conversation with FlyOnTrip

  1. You should give green light on the term that FlyOnTrip provides you with the SMS and Email facility for your convenience and this should not be termed as a right.

  2. You will be receiving emails from FlyOnTrip regarding the status of your booking hence; you shall give the correct email ID. Any errors or mistakes in the same you will be responsible

  3. Any change in flight schedule or airport status and informing you with the same is not responsibility and task of FlyOnTrip.

Policies for booking with FlyOnTrip

    1. If the airfare rises due to any mishappening or miscalculation then FlyOnTrip

    2.  reserves the right to cancel the ticket.

    3. The price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes and GST.

    4. You are required to pay the entire amount before confirming your booking.

    5. A child’s ticket has to be booked if the child is below 2 years and the child’s valid Id along with an escort at or above 18 years should be present with the child.

    6. The tickets/bookings issued to the customer will additionally be governed under the terms and conditions given by the respective Airlines/Supplier…..

Cancellation Policies for Flight Amendment

  1. Each and every booking done onFlyOnTrip is subject to cancellation charges perused by the airline, which can differ with respect to booking class and flight.

  2. The cancellation charges applied on FlyOnTrip are as follows:

Domestic-300

International-300

  1. Refunding of the bookings completely depends upon the airline’s policy.

  2. Some bookings cannot be cancelled as per the specific airline policies and terms.

  3. We help you with making a few changes with booking. In some cases, you may have to contact directly to the airlines.

  4. Cancellation of the ticket has to be done before 24 hours, FlyOnTrip recommends to send a request on FlyOnTrip for refunds but prior to this you have to contact the airlines.

  5. If any direct cancellation from airlines is been made, refund along with FLYOntrip charges will be given. In case of NO-SHOW or after flight departure no cancellation request will be accepted.

  6. In case of NO-SHOW, the refund amount entirely depends upon the airlines. FLYOntrip has nothing to do with the refund amount.

FlyOnTrip’s Policies for Refunds  

1.  Refund will get in the process only after getting a cancellation request /claim from corporate company/from travel agent/from the customer.

2.  Refunds for the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly to the customer after receiving the confirmation of the refund amount from the Airlines.

3.  A refund may take place within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the confirmation from the respective Airlines/hotel.

4.  Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take the duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions

5.   FLYOntrip is not responsible to pay any kind of refunds if the hotel or airline states itself as bankrupt.
